Agreement to Terms

Our Services

San Jose Property Services provides fence repair, landscaping, irrigation repair, landscape lighting, and debris removal services in San Jose and Santa Clara County, California. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Quotes and Pricing

We provide free estimates for our services. Quotes are based on the information provided and visual inspection of the project. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen conditions are discovered. We will communicate any changes before proceeding with additional work.

Scheduling and Cancellation

We strive to accommodate your scheduling preferences. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances may require us to reschedule, in which case we will notify you as soon as possible.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. We accept various forms of payment. Payment is expected upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Warranty and Satisfaction

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us promptly so we can address them. Specific warranty terms, if applicable, will be discussed at the time of service.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to prevent damage, we are not liable for damage to underground utilities, irrigation lines, or other hidden structures that were not disclosed or marked prior to work. Please inform us of any underground features before we begin work.

Service Area

We primarily serve San Jose and Santa Clara County, including Campbell, Los Gatos, Milpitas, Santa Clara, Mountain View, Cupertino, and Sunnyvale. Service availability outside these areas may be limited.
