We're deliberately not a driveway-and-foundation outfit: we keep to the outdoor flatwork we can prep, pour, and finish to a high standard, and refer the rest to specialists we trust.
What separates concrete that lasts from concrete that cracks in three years is almost always the prep. Much of San Jose sits on expansive clay that swells in winter and shrinks all summer, so we excavate, compact a proper base, and add rebar where the pour needs it. Pairing a new pad with yard work? We also handle landscaping and can fold both into one project.
